Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and the independent developer in the United Arab Emirates who makes Min Galha?: the seller named on the app's App Store page and the developer named on its Google Play page. Using the app means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

The store's terms apply too

• iPhone (App Store): Apple's standard licence agreement for apps applies: Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
• Android (Google Play): the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

Where these terms and the store's terms differ about buying, paying or refunds, the store's terms apply.

The game, as it is

• We make the game with care and keep improving it, but we provide it as it is and as it is available, without promises beyond what the law where you live requires.
• We add decks over time, and we may edit or retire a question. What is free today stays free.
• The game, its questions, its name and its look belong to the developer. You may play it and share score cards; please don't copy the questions into another product.

Play it kindly

• The questions are written for mixed company: no religion, politics, alcohol, gambling or romance, and no mocking of tribes, families or nationalities.
• What players type belongs to them. The app keeps it in the phone's memory for one sitting and never saves or sends it (the privacy policy has the details).
• Keep answers friendly. Don't use the game to insult, bully or harass anyone, or to write anything unlawful. The Muqallid writes as a friend: keep it a joke that friend would laugh at too.
• A score card leaves the phone only when you share it, and where it goes is up to you.

Purchases

• Unlock everything is one purchase for every paid deck, now and in future, and 7 to 16 players.
• The Gathering Pass unlocks everything for 24 hours from the moment you buy it. It does not renew. A game already in progress when it ends may finish.
• The store shows the price in your currency before you buy. Apple (on the App Store) or Google (on Google Play) processes the payment; we never see your payment details.
• A purchase belongs to the store account you used: your Apple Account on iPhone, your Google account on Android. Apple and Google keep their purchases separately, so a purchase on one does not unlock the other.
• If something you bought is locked, tap Restore purchases in the app, or write to us.

Refunds

• App Store: Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: within 48 hours of buying, ask Google Play from your order history. After that, write to us with the order number and we will look at it.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using or being unable to use the app, beyond the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top says when. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
